Disciplinary Progression. The Employer agrees to follow the principles of progressive discipline. Failure to comply with the Employer’s policies, procedures, and regulations may result in one of the following actions being taken by the Employer, depending on the severity of the offence: - verbal reprimand - written reprimand - suspension - termination of employment Any employee may be dismissed or suspended but only for just cause and only upon the authority of the Employer.
