Disciplinary Sessions. 2110 An employee shall be permitted to request the presence of a xxxxxxx in a fact finding or disciplinary session with supervision in which the discipline effected is an initial warning or more severe. Adequate notice of the meeting shall be given to enable the employee to arrange for the xxxxxxx'x presence. The Employer shall make every effort to release stewards from work to attend such meetings.
