  • DISCIPLINE OF TEACHERS A. The Board may adopt rules and regulations not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement concerning the discipline of teachers.

  • Discipline and Termination Employee recognizes that Employee’s promise to remain as President of the Institution through the entire Term is of the essence of this Agreement to the Employer. It is also recognized, however, that certain circumstances may make it appropriate for Employer to terminate this Agreement prior to the completion of its entire term, as follows:

  • Discipline Disciplinary grievances will be initiated at the level at which the disputed action was taken.

  • Discipline Policy A Discipline Policy Committee will be formed upon the request of the Association or the Board of Education. The committee will be comprised of members appointed by the Board and the Association. By the appropriate means determined by the Board, families will be informed of the District's policies regarding student behavior and discipline procedures. The foregoing committees, study groups, or faculty councils shall serve as advisory, consultative and fact-finding bodies only, and the Board shall not be required to adopt any of the recommendations submitted. The Board agrees, however, that the Association and the teachers shall have the right to submit recommendations and views on these subjects.

  • CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on June 30, 2023, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.

  • Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of three years from and after the Live Date (the “Initial Term”), and thereafter shall automatically renew for successive three year terms (each such period, a “Renewal Term”) unless terminated by any party giving written notice of non-renewal at least one hundred eighty days prior to the last day of the then current term to each other party hereto.

  • Discipline Procedure To ensure that there is no misunderstandings when discipline is to be administered the Parties shall adhere to the following procedure in each instance of discipline.

  • AGREEMENT RENEWAL This Agreement shall not bind nor purport to bind the AZDOHS for any contractual commitment in excess of the original Agreement period.

  • DURATION AND RENEWAL 34.01 This Agreement shall be in effect from September 1, 2008 and shall continue in force up to and including August 31, 2012 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year unless either party notifies the other, in writing, within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date that it desires to negotiate with a view to renewal, with or without modifications of this agreement, in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

  • DISCHARGE OR DISCIPLINE 1. The Company shall have the right to discipline or discharge associates for just cause in accordance with the reasonable, established Company rules and regulations, which may be modified from time to time by the Company. In the case of the discharge of an associate, the Company shall furnish the discharged associate a signed statement giving the reason for discharge. The Company shall also email a copy of the signed statement to the President of Local 81408 as well as the representing xxxxxxx within three (3) business days.
