Common use of Discipline Sunset Clause in Contracts

Discipline Sunset. Discipline issued to an Employee will be sunsetted and not relied on in respect of future disciplinary decisions after twenty- four (24) months from the issuance of the discipline, provided there is no other discipline issued to the Employee in the said twenty-four (24) month period.

Discipline Sunset. Discipline issued to an Employee will be sunsetted and not relied on in respect of future disciplinary decisions after twenty- four thirty (2430) months from the issuance of the discipline, provided there is no other discipline issued to the Employee in the said twenty-four thirty (2430) month period.

Discipline Sunset. Discipline issued to an Employee will be sunsetted and not relied on in respect of future disciplinary decisions after twenty- four eighteen (2418) months from the issuance of the discipline, provided there is no other discipline issued to the Employee in the said twenty-four eighteen (2418) month period.

Discipline Sunset. Discipline issued to an Employee will be sunsetted and not relied on in respect of future disciplinary decisions after twenty- twenty-four (24) months from the issuance of the discipline, provided there is no other discipline issued to the Employee in the said twenty-four (24) month period.
