Disclosure of Certain Payments. The Site shall promptly comply with any and all applicable disclosure requirements and policies regarding their relationship with Sponsor, including any payments made to the Institution and Principal Investigator hereunder. Poskytovatel zdravotních služeb nesmí žádat o platbu ani přijmout vrácení platby a podobně informuje jakoukoli jinou osobu nebo subjekt sdružený s poskytovatelem zdravotních služeb, že nesmí žádat o vrácení platby nebo přijmout platbu od jakéhokoli třetího plátce nebo subjektu. Navíc poskytovatel zdravotních služeb prohlašuje, že náhrada poskytovaná za služby podle podmínek této smlouvy musí být v souladu se spravedlivou tržní hodnotou při transakcích za obvyklých podmínek a nebyla stanovena způsobem, který bere v úvahu objem nebo hodnotu jakýchkoli doporučení nebo jiných obchodů jinak vytvořených mezi smluvními stranami. Dle této smlouvy provede CRO, jakožto plátce zastupující zadavatele, úhradu příjemci platby z vázaného účtu poskytnutého zadavatelem. 4.2.

At such times and intervals as Invivyd may reasonably require, PHP shall provide Invivyd with timely reports (and supporting documentation, if requested) of any payments made to health care providers, including, but not limited to, physicians, nurses, hospitals, pharmacies and health plans, in connection with PHP’s performance of the Services hereunder to allow Invivyd to meet applicable federal and/or state law reporting requirements. Reportable payments shall include, but are not limited to, fees or honoraria paid for services, meals provided and reimbursed travel, lodging and meals expenses. PHP consents to Invivyd’s disclosure of such fees and expenses from time to time, if and when required by law or government regulation thereunder, without any further notification to PHP.
