Disclosure of Information on Engagement. Employees have declared by way of their employment application that all information provided to the Company prior to their employment is accurate and complete and that the Company can rely upon that information. The inclusion of misinformation or a failure to disclose any information which is relevant to the Company decision to employ an employee may result in the termination of their employment.

Disclosure of Information on Engagement. All information provided by an employee to the Employer prior to appointment must be accurate and complete. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
Disclosure of Information on Engagement. In the event that any inaccuracy or omission is discovered about information provided by an employee in support of an application for employment, promotion or transfer within the Company, the Company may dismiss the employee concerned if there are legal grounds for doing so.
