Discontinuance of Sick Leave Bank. If it becomes necessary to terminate the Sick Leave Bank, unused sick leave in the Bank will be distributed in the following manner: (a) Each member will receive an equal share of the unused days to be credited to the member’s personal accumulated sick leave account.
