DISCONTINUATION OF THE STUDY. The study may be discontinued by written explanatory notification from both parties, due to any of the following circumstances: If the principal investigator does not comply with any of the terms of this contract. If compliance to the protocol is deficient or the data are repeatedly incomplete or inaccurate. If both parties agree to discontinue to the study, such an agreement requiring the written form. The discontinuation of the ongoing post-autorization study and the termination of this contract shall require prior discussion and co-ordination in order to guarantee the safety of the patient, the continuity of the treatment and compliance with the legal requirements applicable in such a case. In any of these cases, a report giving the reasons for the discontinuation of the study shall be prepared and signed by the parties. The principal investigator shall return to the sponsor all the study material supplied unused in his possession. In the event that the post-autorization study is discontinued, the sponsor shall inform the Spanish Medicines Agency and any other relevant sanitary authorities. In the event of discontinuation of the study, the sponsor shall pay for all services effectively rendered.

DISCONTINUATION OF THE STUDY. The Investigator or Allergan, may terminate the Investigator’s participation in this study after submission of a written notice. Allergan may terminate the study at any time for any reason.

  • Termination of Therapy Therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, untimely payment of fees, failure to comply with treatment recommendations, conflicts of interest, failure to participate in therapy, Patient needs are outside of Therapist’s scope of competence or practice, or Patient is not making adequate progress in therapy. Patient has the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Upon either party’s decision to terminate therapy, Therapist will generally recommend that Patient participate in at least one, or possibly more, termination sessions. These sessions are intended to facilitate a positive termination experience and give both parties an opportunity to reflect on the work that has been done. Therapist will also attempt to ensure a smooth transition to another therapist by offering referrals to Patient.

  • Continuation of the Company The Company shall not be dissolved upon the occurrence of any event that is deemed to terminate the continued membership of a Member, but rather the Company shall continue without dissolution, and its affairs shall not be required to be wound up.

  • Benefits Continuation In addition, Executive shall be entitled to health and dental insurance benefits for a period of eighteen (18) months following the termination of this Agreement. If employees are added to the bargaining unit established under section 5 of the Public Education Labour Relations Act during the term of this Collective Agreement, the parties shall negotiate terms and conditions that apply to those employees.
