Discrimination. 19.1 The Supplier shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the Race Relations Xxx 0000, the Sex Discrimination Acts 1975 and 1986, and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (as revised, amended or supplemented from time to time) or as prohibited by the laws of the place of the performance of any of the Services. 19.2 The Supplier shall take all reasonable steps to secure that the Supplier’s Personnel do not unlawfully discriminate as set out in Clause 19.1.
