Dispatch and Scheduling. 6.1.1 The RPD shall be entirely responsible to schedule its power as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / SERC /SLDC / RLDC or any other competent agency and same being recognized by the RLDC/SLDC or any other competent authority / agency as per applicable regulation/ law / direction and maintain compliance to the applicable Codes/Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the RPD.
