Dispatch Procedure a. Occasional Teachers will be dispatched primarily through The Teacher Dispatch System. It is understood that a combination of preferred lists may be used for certain subject/curriculum areas or emergency/unique situations. b. All preferred lists in use will be provided to the OTBU President on or before October 1st and Feb 15th. i. The Teacher Dispatch System will dispatch Occasional Teachers based on their Profile, which includes qualifications, schools, classifications, and availability. ii. All Occasional Teachers holding a Certificate of Qualification in the subject discipline shall be called for a Short Term assignment before calling a person who does not hold that Certificate of Qualification in a subject discipline. iii. Notwithstanding a) and b) above, priority will be given to any Occasional Teachers in the school with a part-time Long Term Occasional Assignment. The Board will endeavour to distribute these assignments in a fair and equitable manner.

Dispatch Procedure. The geographic resource list will identify Contractor resources location. The Government ordering official (Dispatch, Local Office, etc.) will consult the geographic resource list when an incident occurs and choose the contractor closest to the incident taking contractor mobilization into consideration. The ordering official will inform the Contractor of the location, quantity required, and date and time needed. If that Contractor is unable to meet the requirements, the next closest Contractor will be contacted. The Government reserves the right to utilize vendors’ resources in a manner that it deems to be in the best interest of the Government. Hosting agencies may establish dispatch priority lists, rotations, or response zones, but such arrangements are not required.

Bridge and/or the NSM will coordinate CPE dispatch with the SMC on the open ticket. After replacement, Sprint will ship the failed router to Bay Networks for repair. After repair, Bay Networks will ship the router back to the Dallas depot for placement in the Bridge spares inventory.

Dispatch Procedure. 24.01 All dispatches shall be assigned to drivers who are qualified and experienced on the basis of seniority subject to their availability for work at the time the dispatch is assigned. 24.02 All drivers will be given a written dispatch setting out delivery time and pick up time. Dispatches will be arranged, where practical, so as to allow drivers a maximum of two (2) hours to report for duty after being so notified. 24.03 A driver at his home terminal will not be considered available for dispatch unless he has eight (8) clear hours off duty, except in an emergency where there is no one available with eight (8) hours off duty, then that driver with the most hours off, will be dispatched. 24.04 Drivers required to lay over at any lay over point shall be entitled to eight (8) clear hours off duty. 24.05 Drivers on lay over will be given a minimum of one (1) hour to report for work except where the location of their sleeping accommodations require them to take longer but in no case longer than two (2) hours. 24.06 No driver will be held over away from his home terminal on a Paid Holiday or on a Sunday unless circumstances warrant such lay-over. 24.07 Employees must notify dispatch of their availability for next day's assignment by 5:30 p.m. advising of how they may be reached for assignment. Failing such notice an employee waives his right to be considered for available assignments. 08 a) As at 5:30 p.m. each working day assignments will be dispatched to available personnel based upon seniority, qualifications and experience. Assignments which become available after 5:30 p.m. and after a driver has already been dispatched will be made available to remaining drivers.
Dispatch Procedure a) It is the responsibility of a Dispatch Officer to fill employer labor requests to the best of their ability in accordance with the Dispatch Agreement and the applicable collective bargaining agreement. A Dispatch Officer will dispatch labor requests from the employer to stagehands in dispatch list order. A Dispatch Officer will dispatch stagehands using the Call Xxxxxxx software between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. For each labor request a Dispatch Officer is only obligated to make one dispatch. b) Under normal circumstances, the response grace period shall be five (5) hours from the time of dispatch contact. After five (5) hours, a Dispatch Officer may move on to the next stagehand following dispatch list order. c) If a labor request must be filled in under twenty-four (24) hours, then a Dispatch Officer shall follow dispatch list order, suspending the five (5) hour grace period, and will dispatch the first stagehand(s) who accept(s) the labor request. d) In the event a labor request must be filled within one (1) hour, a Dispatch Officer, Business Agent or Xxx Xxxxxxx may fill the labor request at their discretion. e) If, after all stagehands have been dispatched and there are still labor requests to be filled, then a Dispatch Officer may dispatch at their discretion. f) Stagehands wishing to not be dispatched in general or for a specific employer must notify the Executive Board in writing and the notice kept on record in the Call Xxxxxxx software. g) Stagehands not responding to labor requests five (5) consecutive times in a thirty-day (30) period will not be offered further requests until the stagehand contacts a Dispatch Officer to express availability. h) It is the responsibility of the stagehand to notify the Executive Board in writing of any contact information updates and the notice kept on record with the Secretary. i) The Executive Board will notify a Dispatch Officer in the event a stagehand becomes ineligible for dispatch.

Should it be determined that the estimate of available hours made by the dispatcher is incorrect, the dispatch will be reassigned and the will assume the senior position of unassigned Should the fail to contact his dispatcher the job will be reassigned, and the will not be available for assignment until the next day (unless contact is made with his dispatcher, in which case he may assume the last position on the driver list). Monday’s dispatch, along with any known Saturday, Sunday or Holiday runs will be dispatched in accordance with the terms indicated herein by on Friday (unless Friday is a Holiday). Any who refuses all available “broker work” or refuses to do the job that may have been assigned to him, but does not wish to be in a book-off position, for the next day will assume the last position on the drivers’ list which existed at the time of the refusal, he will not be able to cross to the regular driver dispatch list.
