Dispensing of Medicine. Every reasonable effort shall be used to have trained bargaining unit members dispense medication to students. The Board shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless each bargaining unit member in any claim, demand or cause of action brought against the bargaining unit member complying with a Board and/or administrative directive to dispense medicine to students.
