Disposal of Transmitted Checks and Items. After a check or item has posted to your account, you agree to prominently mark the check or item as “Electronically Presented.” You agree never to re-present to the Bank or any other party a check or item that has been deposited through Mobile Deposit unless the Bank notifies you that the check or item will not be accepted for deposit through Mobile Deposit. You will promptly provide any check or item, or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check or item, to the Bank as requested to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any check or item, or for the Bank’s audit purposes. To ensure that such checks and items are not re-presented for payment, you agree to destroy or otherwise properly dispose of checks and items that have been accepted for deposit through Mobile Deposit, after you have confirmed on your statement that the checks have cleared. Prior to disposal or destruction, you agree to safeguard such checks and items.

You will promptly provide any check or item, or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check or item, to HARLEYSVILLE BANK as requested to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any check or item, or for HARLEYSVILLE BANK’s audit purposes. You agree to destroy or otherwise properly dispose of checks and items that have been accepted for deposit through the Service and have cleared after 30 days to ensure that such checks and items are not represented for payment and, prior to disposal or destruction, to safeguard such checks and items.
Disposal of Transmitted Checks and Items. You shall fully destroy each Original Check in your Check Image deposit fourteen (14) calendar days following crediting of your Check Image deposit or as FCB may otherwise instruct to ensure that it is not represented for payment. Prior to destruction, you shall maintain each Original Check in a secure location. You agree not to submit the item to FCB or to any other person or entity for deposit or credit after the item has been submitted and accepted by FCB or any other person or entity. During the time the retained check is available, you agree to promptly provide it to the Bank upon request. Following the expiration of the retention period, you agree to use a commercially reasonable method to destroy each Original Check. You are responsible if an Original Check is misused following submission by Check Image deposit and its full destruction.
Disposal of Transmitted Checks and Items. Following your receipt of a confirmation notice that we have received an image that you submitted through the Service, you agree to retain the original check or item for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 45 days from the date of the image transmission. You agree to take appropriate security measures to ensure that unauthorized access to the check does not occur and that the check will not be duplicated or re-deposited in any way. During the retention period, you agree to promptly (within 3 Business Days) provide the original check to Bank upon request. If the original check is not delivered to Bank in a timely manner, we reserve the right to reverse the deposit from your Account. After the retention period, you agree to destroy the original check by marking it “VOID” and then destroying it by cross-cut shredding or another commercially reasonable means of destruction. You agree to indemnify Bank for any Losses incurred in connection with your failure to maintain the security of the original check or failure to comply with the retention and destruction requirements outlined herein.

You will promptly provide any check or item, or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check or item, to QNB BANK as requested to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any check or item, or for audit purposes. You agree to destroy or otherwise properly dispose of each original check or other item that has been accepted for deposit through the Service ten (10) days after the check or item has cleared following the deposit date to ensure that such original checks and items are not re-presented for payment. You understand that a paper shredder is one such method to assure disposal or destruction. Prior to such disposal or destruction, you agree to safeguard such checks and items in a secure location in order to provide them to QNB BANK if requested to do so. You understand and agree that you are responsible if an original check or other item is misused following submission through the Service.

If any Item is presented or deposited more than once, whether by Image or by any other means, we may, at our discretion, reject it or return it and charge it against your Account without prior notice to you. You understand and agree that you are responsible for any loss caused by your failure to secure or destroy the original Item.
Disposal of Transmitted Checks and Items.  Upon your receipt of confirmation from the Bank that we have received the image of an item, you agree to promptly xxxx each imaged item as “Electronically Presented”, “Void” or “RDC and the date” to render it incapable of further transmission, deposit, or presentment.  You agree to retain the original check or item in a secure location for fourteen (14) days from the date of transmission. After fourteen (14) days, you agree to securely destroy the check that you transmitted as an image.  You understand and agree that you are responsible for any loss caused by your failure to secure the original checks.  You agree never to represent to us or any other party a check or item that has been deposited through Mobile Banking unless we notify you that the check or item will not be accepted for deposit through Mobile Banking.  Upon request, you will promptly provide any check or item, or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the item to Cornerstone Bank as requested to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any check or item or for our audit purposes. If you are unable to provide a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check you will be liable for any unresolved claims by third parties.
Disposal of Transmitted Checks and Items. Upon your receipt of confirmation from The State Bank of Faribault that we have received an image that you transmitted, you agree to retain the check for at least 10 business days from the date of the image transmission. After 10 days, you agree to destroy the check that you transmitted as an image, mark it “VOID”, or otherwise render it incapable of further transmission, deposit or presentment. During the time the check is available, you agree to promptly provide it to The State Bank of Faribault upon request. Shredding is the best method of destroying the check.
