Disputes Concerning Membership. 33 Any dispute arising as to an employee's membership in the Association shall be 34 reviewed by the designated representative of the Employer and a representative 35 of the Association, and if not resolved may be decided at any necessary, 36 subsequent step of the grievance procedure.
