Dissemination Reporting Responsibilities. All partners are to provide updates on their dissemination activities and achievement using the template tables represented in Table 11. The report should be updated and saved on Basecamp under the Dissemination Reporting discussion thread. It is essential that reports are filed for each dissemination activity the day after the event takes place so that the information can be used to craft news and promotional stories for the website, social media and newsletter activities. Additionally, accurately reporting data represents a useful tool for the European Commission reviewers to be conscious of the magnitude and impact of all dissemination efforts incurred during the life of the project.   • Reporting Responsibilities The IRA Owner agrees to provide the Custodian with information necessary for the Custodian to prepare any reports required under Code Sections 408(i), 408A(d)(3)(D), and Regulations Sections 1.408-5 and 1.408-6. The Custodian agrees to submit reports to the IRS and the IRA Owner (or Beneficiary(ies) upon the IRA Owner’s death) as prescribed by the IRS and such additional reports as the Custodian may choose to deliver. The Custodian shall furnish annual calendar-year reports concerning the status of the IRA and such information concerning required minimum distributions as is prescribed by the Commissioner of the IRS.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review.
