Distance Learning. The Administration will notify the Association before any existing Hartford School District learning program is replaced by distance learning or other off campus instruction or program. The Administration will meet with the Association upon request to discuss the impact, if any, that said change may have on the educational opportunities for students and the working conditions of teachers.
