Common use of Distribution of Contract Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Contract. ‌ Within thirty (30) days after the execution and preparation of this contract, the District shall print or duplicate and provide without charge thirty copies of this contract to CSEA. Copies shall also be available at each employee work site /department. Additionally, the contract shall be posted on the District’s web site.

Distribution of Contract. ‌ Within thirty approximately forty-five (3045) days after the execution and preparation of this contract, the District shall print or duplicate and provide CSEA, without charge, a sufficient number of copies of the Agreement to be distributed by CSEA to all bargaining unit members. Any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after execution of this Agreement shall be provided with a copy of this Agreement by the District without charge thirty copies at the time of employment. Each employee in the bargaining unit shall be provided by the District without charge with a copy of any written changes agreed to by the parties to this Agreement during the life of this contract to CSEA.
