No later than three (3) business days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, Verisign shall make available to Registrar (i) full documentation of the Supported Protocol, (ii) "C" and/or "Java" application program interfaces ("APIs") to the Supported Protocol with documentation, and (iii) reference client software ("Software") that will allow Registrar to develop its system to register second-level domain names through the System for the Registry TLD. If Verisign elects to modify or upgrade the APIs and/or Supported Protocol, Verisign shall provide updated APIs to the Supported Protocol with documentation and updated Software to Registrar promptly as such updates become available.

No later than three (3) business days after the later of (a) the Effective Date of this Agreement or (b) the date on which Registrar signs an agreement with Vox Populi’s third-party registry services provider, Vox Populi shall make available to Registrar (i) full documentation of the Supported Protocol, (ii) application program interfaces ("APIs") to the Supported Protocol with documentation, and (iii) reference client software ("Software") that will allow Registrar to develop its system to register second-level domain names through the System for the Vox Populi TLDs. If Vox Populi elects to modify or upgrade the APIs and/or Supported Protocol, Vox Populi shall provide updated APIs to the Supported Protocol with documentation and updated Software to Registrar promptly as such updates become available. Unless Emergency Circumstances require a shorter time period, Vox Populi shall provide commercially reasonable notice of any changes to the System in order to provide Registrar time and opportunity to implement any modifications or upgrades; no advance notice of a modification or upgrade shall be required if Vox Populi maintains backwards compatibility with existing Registrar operations.

No later than three Business Days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Registry shall make available to the Registrar: (i) full documentation of the Supported Protocol, (ii) application program interfaces (“APIs”) to the Supported Protocol with documentation, and (iii) Registrar Toolkits (RTKT) that will allow the Registrar to connect via EPP to the SRS to register second-level domain names through the SRS for the Registry TLD. If the Registry elects to modify or upgrade the APIs and/or Supported Protocol, the Registry shall provide updated APIs to the Supported Protocol with documentation to the Registrar promptly as such updates become available. Unless the circumstances require a shorter time frame (such as due to ICANN mandated policies, emergency maintenance or changes needed to ensure the security and stability of the system), the Registry will provide ninety (90) days prior written notice to Registrar to implement such API updates.
Distribution of EPP, APIs and Software. No later than three (3) Business Days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Registrar must apply to XXXX in order to complete XXXX’x onboarding and certification process for the use of XXXX’x systems and services. After the completion of such onboarding process, XXXX shall provide to the Registrar a copy of the Registrar Tool Kit, which shall provide sufficient technical specifications to permit the Registrar interface with the SRS and employ its features that are available to registrars. EPP, APIs ve Yazımların Dağıtımı: Yetkili Kayıt Operatörü, işbu Sözleşme’nin Yürürlük Tarihinden itibaren üç (3) İş Günü içerisinde, XXXX’nun sistem ve hizmetlerinin kullanımına ilişkin başlangıç ve sertifikasyon sürecini tamamlamak üzere XXXX’ya başvurmak zorundadır. Söz konusu süreçlerin tamamlanmasından sonra, XXXX, Yetkili Kayıt Operatörü’nün SRS ile etkileşime girmesine ve onun yetkili kayıt operatörlerine açık xxxx özelliklerini kullanmasına izin vermek için yeterli teknik şartnameler sağlayan YKO Araç Seti’nin bir örneğini Yetkili Kayıt Operatörüne sunar.
