Distribution of Negotiated Agreement. This Agreement shall be made available electronically by the Board on the Cooperative’s website. The Agreement will be posted on the website within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is ratified by the employees and the Board.

The Board will ensure that a copy of the USD 320 Negotiated Agreement is posted on the district website within 15 days of the ratification of the Agreement annually. The Board will provide the WTA (5) copies for the use at the teacher’s ratification meeting. The WTA will provide a summary sheet of any changes in the Negotiated Agreement to all teachers prior to the WTA ratification meeting.

The Board shall provide a copy of this agreement to each teacher at the same time individual teacher contracts are issued. The Board shall provide the Association with five copies of this agreement and a copy to the school nurse.

Within 40 days after execution of this Agreement, the Board of Education shall make available online a copy of this Agreement to every employee in the bargaining unit. Any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after execution of this Agreement shall have online access and may copy this Agreement using District computers and printers. Employees new to the bargaining unit will be provided with a hard copy of the Agreement upon employment.
Distribution of Negotiated Agreement. The negotiated agreement shall be compiled in written format with a copy given to each certificated employee. At the conclusion of each series or round of contract negotiations, the written negotiated agreement shall be revised and updated to include changes and additions. A copy of the revised version will be given to each certificated employee.
