Distribution of Notice. Promptly after receipt by the Administrative Agent of any notice or other document which is delivered to the Administrative Agent hereunder on behalf of Lenders, the Administrative Agent shall provide a copy of such notice or other document to each Lender.
Distribution of Notice. Institution shall make best efforts to inform each Authorized User of the conditions and restrictions of use.
