Common use of Distribution of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Distribution of the Agreement. 27.01 The Employer and the Union agree to share equally the cost of producing 3,500 copies of this Agreement, with 600 copies of the Agreement designated for the Union. A copy of this Agreement will be provided to each employee by the Employer within thirty (30) days following approval by both parties of the final draft of this Agreement and thereafter to new employees.
