Distribution of the Agreement. A. The College will post the Agreement electronically on the College website by the effective date of this Agreement, or within thirty (30) days of ratification, whichever date is later. The College will provide all current and new employees with a link to the Agreement. All employees will be authorized to print one (1) copy of the Agreement from the link on work time using state-purchased paper and state owned equipment. All new employees shall be given a copy of this Agreement by the College at the time they are employed by the College. B.
