Distribution Program. The Commission and NIB will form a working group (including SourceAmerica) for the purpose of developing a formalized agreement for the management of the Commission’s Commercial Distribution Program. The resulting agreement developed by the parties shall be completed by December 31, 2020. The Commission will make final determination whether to accept the agreement by January 31, 2021. Consolidated "Essentially-the-Same" (ETS) File. The ETS file provides the commercial part numbers that have been identified as ETS and the corresponding AbilityOne National Stock Numbers (NSNs). This file is primarily used by authorized distributors to ensure compliance with the requirement not to sell ETS products to federal customers. The report shall be accurate, timely, complete and submitted quarterly, 45 days prior to the quarter that it is effective consistent with Attachment 1, Deliverable Schedule. "Essentially-the-Same" (ETS) Report. This report identifies ETS products sold by distributors via General Services Administration (GSA) Advantage on a monthly basis based on transactional sales data provided by GSA and must identify ETS violations within the previous quarter which result in unofficial warnings, official violations or deauthorizations. The report shall be accurate, timely, complete and submitted quarterly, 45 days after the end of the quarter consistent with Attachment 1, Deliverable Schedule. The CNA shall notify the Commission of any delay in receiving data from GSA necessary for this report. AbilityOne National Stock Numbers (NSNs) Available for Distribution File. The file identifies all the AbilityOne NSNs available for distributors, whether they are wholesaler stocked, and if they are on the Restricted Items List. The report shall be accurate, timely, and complete, and submitted quarterly, 45 days prior to the quarter it is effective consistent with Attachment 1, Deliverable Schedule.

Distribution Program. Policies You shall comply with any program, policies, rules under the Distribution Program Policies continuingly during the term of this Agreement which is available at Partner Center-Partner Benefits (xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx).
Distribution Program. Connection of approximately 1.1 million new customers to the electricity distribution system and, without limitation to the foregoing, the execution of the Special Distribution Program in respect of the years 1991-1992.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.

  • Distribution System The Transmission Provider's facilities and equipment used to transmit electricity to ultimate usage points such as homes and industries directly from nearby generators or from interchanges with higher voltage transmission networks which transport bulk power over longer distances. The voltage levels at which Distribution Systems operate differ among areas. Distribution Upgrades – The additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Transmission Provider's Distribution System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection to facilitate interconnection of the Small Generating Facility and render the transmission service necessary to effect the Interconnection Customer's wholesale sale of electricity in interstate commerce. Distribution Upgrades do not include Interconnection Facilities.

  • Distribution Services The Distributor shall sell and repurchase Shares as set forth below, subject to the registration requirements of the 1933 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, and the laws governing the sale of securities in the various states ("Blue Sky Laws"):

  • Leave Donation Program Employees may donate paid leave to a fellow employee who is otherwise eligible to accrue and use sick leave and is employed by the same Agency. The intent of the leave donation program is to allow employees to voluntarily provide assistance to their co-workers who are in critical need of leave due to the serious illness or injury of the employee or a member of the employee’s immediate family. The definition of immediate family as provided in rule 123:1-47-01 of the Administrative Code shall apply for the leave donation program.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
