District Contribution for Medical Benefits. 9.5.1.1 The minimum District contribution for single, two-party, and family coverage shall be the CalPERS CalPERS Bay Area Region Xxxxxx single-party rate designated by CalPERS for the coverage area that includes the following counties: Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Xxxxxx, Santa Xxxxx, Santa Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, San Mateo, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Educational Benefits 19.01 Employees who enrol in courses at the College are entitled to a remission of one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition fees and all of the application fees with respect to one full course per academic year. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”). Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any party’s rights, claims or defenses with respect to the PERS Litigation.
