District Dental Plan Premium Subsidy On and After January 1, 2014. The District’s subsidy to the monthly dental plan premiums shall be as provided below. This subsidy is provided only for permanent full-time and permanent part-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least twenty (20) hours per week. Permanent-intermittent, provisional and permanent part-time employees working less than twenty (20) hours per week may enroll in a dental plan but will not receive the District’s premium subsidy. Any increases in dental plan costs greater than the District’s premium subsidy identified below shall be borne by the employee.
