District-directed Training Hours. The District will provide ample notice and multiple opportunities to classified staff when training opportunities will be provided. Employees will be asked to provide input on the types of training to be made available. Should the District fail to plan or schedule these additional training hours, employees will not be penalized or lose compensation.
