Common use of District’s Contract Project Manager Clause in Contracts

District’s Contract Project Manager. The District’s Contract Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of this Contract. These responsibilities include: ▪ Meeting with Contractor’s Project Manager as needed; and ▪ Inspecting any and all task, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of Contractor. The District’s Contract Project Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate District in any respect whatsoever.
