District’s Role. The District’s role in the Development is to approve the plans for facilities, inspect the construction of the facilities, accept the transfer of the title to the facilities, to maintain and operate the systems, and to bill customers for water and sewer service at rates set for the District’s Ord Service Area from time to time.
District’s Role. The District periodically installs and routinely maintains wood, wood-like, granite and concrete benches in the District’s marinas for the benefit of the public. The District is willing to allow a plaque to be embedded in a new or existing bench that commemorates an individual’s life, achievement, a special occasion or service when a fee is collected to cover the expense of erecting and/or maintaining the bench for the public benefit. Although every effort will be made to honor the Individual’s preferred placement of the bench or plaque, the District reserves the right to choose the exact location and materials for the bench consistent with master plan guidelines, existing policies, and District goals with respect to enhancing marinas for marina users. All benches will become property of the District.
District’s Role. The District’s role in the Development is to approve the plans for facilities, inspect the construction of the facilities, make any requests for bond proceeds, accept the transfer of the title to the facilities, to maintain and operate the systems, and to xxxx customers for water and sewer service at rates set for the District’s Ord Service Area from time to time. District shall have no obligation, responsibility, or authority with respect to the administration of the CFD, the incurrence of bonds or the payment of the principal and interest thereon, or for the levy of any special taxes to provide for the payment of principal and interest thereon. Further, District shall have no financial responsibility for any CFD Facilities and/or Facilities to be installed under this Agreement. District shall not be liable to Developer for any non-payment of funds by the CFD Authority.
District’s Role. The District may enforce all provisions of the Regional PSL Ordinance. Enforcement of Regional PSL Ordinance provisions related to Compliance Certificates and Time Extension Certificates is the District’s sole responsibility.
District’s Role. In partnering with AFT-SPS to provide a safe environment, the District 24 will take appropriate steps to mitigate the danger and provide a threatened employee with information 25 regarding what response(s) are planned or have been taken.

  • FEDERAL JURISDICTIONAL AREAS 33.1. Article 1, § 8, Clause 17 of the United States Constitution provides the authority to Congress to exercise exclusive jurisdiction over areas and structures used for military purposes (Federal Enclaves). Thus, Telecommunications Services to such Federal Enclaves are not subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. The Parties agree that Services provided within Federal Enclaves are not within the scope of this Agreement. To the extent Sprint has contracts with federal entities that limit or prohibit the ability of CLEC to provide resale or UNEs such contract will govern Telecommunications Services on such Federal Enclave. If the contract with the federal entity provides for the resale or provision of UNEs to provide service on the Federal Enclave, Sprint will provide CLEC with the information regarding the provision of service on the Federal Enclave.

  • School Any public elementary or secondary school including a charter school, universal pre- kindergarten program authorized pursuant to Education Law § 3602-e, an approved provider of preschool special education, any other publicly funded pre-kindergarten program, a school serving children in a special act school district as defined in Education Law § 4001, an approved private school for the education of students with disabilities, a State-supported school subject to the provisions of Article 85 of the Education Law, or a State-operated school subject to the provisions of Articles 87 or 88 of the Education Law.

  • Use of District Facilities 1 The Association shall have the right to use District facilities for Association meetings provided advance approval is granted by the District according to the District Building Use Guidelines.
