Common use of Dive Rescue Team Clause in Contracts

Dive Rescue Team. Those employees certified for and assigned to the Dive Rescue Team shall receive additional pay of six percent (6%) of the top step Fire Fighter base hourly rate. Assignment to the Dive Rescue Team shall be limited to twenty-five (25) members or such other number as the Bureau, in its sole discretion, may establish, and may be restricted to employees assigned to a designated Dive Rescue Team station(s). Assignment and required certifications shall be at the sole discretion of the Bureau.
