DIVERSION OF BUSINESS. The Employee shall not, during the period of employment by the Company and for a period ending six months following termination of employment (for any reason), either for the Employee or on behalf of any person, firm, corporation or any other operation or entity, directly or indirectly:

Under no circumstances shall the Merchant offer to settle a transaction which was made through the MoneySwap Certified Payment Gateway via UnionPay outside the MoneySwap Certified Payment Gateway. Nor shall the Merchant divert, or attempt to divert, any funds payable by any customer for transactions concluded over the MoneySwap Certified Payment Gateway.
DIVERSION OF BUSINESS. Employee further agrees, that during the term of Employee’s employment and/or at any time up to two (2) years after Employee ceases to be employed by University, for any reason, Employee will not solicit or divert business which is of a similar nature to that of the University from any of University's Clients, Referring Veterinarians or Referring Veterinary Practices existing on the date of termination of employment or prior thereto, nor give any person, firm or corporation the right to do so, nor dissuade them from utilizing the services of University.
DIVERSION OF BUSINESS. Consultant will not, during the period of this Agreement, or at any time thereafter, either for Consultant, or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation or other operation or entity, directly or indirectly;
DIVERSION OF BUSINESS. CONCESSIONAIRE shall not divert, cause, allow, or permit to be diverted any business from the PREMISES and shall take all reasonable measures, in every proper manner, to develop, maintain, and increase the business conducted by it under this AGREEMENT.
DIVERSION OF BUSINESS. Manager shall not knowingly and willfully divert gaming business from the Casino to other Xxxxxx'x Casinos; provided, however, that this restriction shall not limit Manager from advertising other casinos in the Xxxxxx'x System by written, verbal, audio-visual or other advertising or promotional techniques with the intent of promoting business either at individual properties or at all properties in the Xxxxxx'x System, regardless of the actual effect of such activity, and provided further, that Owner's sole remedy for any alleged breach of this provision shall be to seek to enjoin the practice objected to upon proof of violation of this provision.
DIVERSION OF BUSINESS. SMG shall not divert, cause, allow, or permit to be diverted any business from the PREMISES and shall take all reasonable measures, to develop, maintain, and increase the business conducted by it under the AGREEMENT.
DIVERSION OF BUSINESS. Under no circumstances shall the Merchant offer to settle a transaction which was made via UnionPay outside the MoneySwap Certified Payment Gateway. Nor shall the Merchant divert, or attempt to divert, any funds payable by any customer for transactions concluded over the MoneySwap Certified Payment Gateway. Third party transaction or payment into MoneySwap’s Certified Payment Gateway is strictly prohibited. The Merchant shall not obtain MoneySwap or UPOP Program and/or POS Program related services in Merchant’s name for any third party, or make use of the payment interface provided by MoneySwap on the MoneySwap Certified Payment Gateway to perform any services for any third party, directly or indirectly, with or without compensation.
DIVERSION OF BUSINESS. Contractor and Xxxxxx each agrees that, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of this Agreement, neither of them will cause, encourage, induce, or attempt to induce, and neither of them will aid, assist, or abet any other party or person in inducing or attempting to induce, directly or indirectly, any customer of DTN with which they have actually done business and had personal contact during the term of this Agreement to terminate or change in a manner adverse to DTN any existing relationship with DTN.
