Diving Allowance. Employees whose job duties require them to dive (as that word is hereinafter defined) shall be paid an allowance of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour. The minimum allowance shall be: two (2) hours per dive scuba four (4) hours per dive hard hat. Diving time is that period during which an employee is equipped with diving gear to the extent that the employee is unable to perform other than diving duties.
