Do employees get a morning tea break? Each employee shall be allowed a fifteen (15) minute morning tea break without loss of pay for each ordinary shift the employee works. The break shall be taken at a time agreed between the Company and the employee(s) and within four (4) hours of the commencement of the employees’ ordinary shift. When taking the break consideration shall be given to the operational requirements of the Company.
Do employees get Pay Increases Before the Agreement Finishes? The organisation will increase the rates of pay contained in SCHEDULE "A" Pro-rata Award Based Wages, on the 1st July each year, pro rata to, and in accordance with any State Wage Case decision as determined and granted by the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission from time to time.
