Common use of Doctor and Dental Appointments Clause in Contracts

Doctor and Dental Appointments. This Section applies to employees hired before July 1, 2016. A full-time employee shall be allowed up to 10 hours each year, not charged against paid time off/vacation time, for doctor and dental appointments. Time spent at doctor and dental appointments in excess of the 10 hours provided herein shall be deducted from the employee’s paid time off/vacation time. The employee must submit a signed verification from the doctor/dentist substantiating the appointment.

A full-time employee 2016 shall be allowed up to 10 ten (10) paid hours each year, not charged against paid time off/vacation time, year for doctor and dental appointments. The employee must submit a signed verification from the doctor or dentist substantiating the appointment if requested. Time spent at doctor and dental appointments in excess of the 10 ten (10) paid hours provided herein shall be deducted from the employee’s paid time off/vacation leave time. The employee must submit a signed verification from the doctor/dentist substantiating the appointmentThis benefit is not available for regular part-time employees.

The employee must submit a signed verification from the doctor/dentist substantiating the appointment.

Time spent at doctor and dental appointments in excess of the 10 ten (10) paid hours provided herein shall be deducted from the employee’s current year paid time off/vacation timeoff under Section 10.8. The employee must submit a signed verification from the doctor/dentist substantiating the appointment. This benefit is not available for regular part-time employees.
