Common use of Doctor Visits Clause in Contracts

Doctor Visits. Any individual required to go to the doctor as a result of an on-the-job accident will be paid for such work day without such time being charged against leave days, unless such injury was caused by horseplay or negligence of the involved individual. It is understood that visits other than the initial one at the time of the accident will be scheduled at times other than when the individual is scheduled to work, unless approved by the immediate supervisor.
