REQUEST FOR COUNTY PCI BY THIRD PARTIES 33 CONTRACTOR and its employees, agents, or subcontractors shall promptly transmit to the 34 COUNTY Program Contract Manager all requests for disclosure of any COUNTY PCI requested by third 35 parties to the agreement between CONTRACTOR and COUNTY (except from an Individual for an 36 accounting of disclosures of the individual's personal information pursuant to applicable state or federal 37 law), unless prohibited from doing so by applicable state or federal law.
