Documentation of long-term Sample Clauses

Documentation of long-term significant deviations as compared with the design factors 'Long-term' means at least one year and 'significant deviations' means minimum 15%. Examples of this include draining more wastewater off to the treatment facility or the hospital producing more waste. In this case a dialogue may be initiated about adjustment of the Operations Payment. The party requesting adjustment is responsible for proving the changed level of operating expenses and for presenting a new proposal for baseline assumptions on the basis of an open principle of calculation based on the costs and return considerations specified in Appendix 2. The proposal presented forms the basis of negotiations on the future Operations Payment. The adjustment in the future Operations Payment will also be corrected backwards for the previous year.
