Documents Comprising the Agreement. The ‘Agreement’ comprises these Standard Terms and any Account Application. These Standard Terms will prevail over any other documents referred to in this Agreement in the event of an inconsistency. To the extent the law permits, no other terms or conditions (including those contained in any document submitted by the Customer) will apply to the supply of any Products nor will it impose any obligations on Pittella, except where terms and conditions form part of the Agreement pursuant to paragraph 0 above.

Documents Comprising the Agreement. The Agreement is constituted by:
(a) this Instrument of Agreement (including any schedules to it); and
(b) the Terms and Conditions.
Documents Comprising the Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are complementary. Insofar as possible, all of such terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted consistently. In any case of inconsistency, conflict or ambiguity between or among such terms and conditions (including any schedules and/or documents incorporated by reference), the order of precedence shall be as follows:
(i) the body of this Agreement;
(ii) the schedules to this Agreement; and
(iii) all other documents. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provisions of separate schedules, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved in favor of the first such schedule and thereafter proceeding in descending order.
