The supplier undertakes to provide Xxxxx Xxxxx & Cie SA with all technical documents, including but not limited to drawings, diagrams, maintenance, user, operation or instruction manuals, operating software, calculation notes, certificates of conformity, safety data sheets, related to the delivered supplies and necessary for a proper assessment of the quality of these supplies, as well as for their proper operation and maintenance. All documents are written in French, German, or English.
