Donor Employees. In order to donate sick leave to another employee pursuant to this section, an employee must: 16.14.3.2.1 Submit a written authorization to donate sick leave to a properly designated eligible employee, identifying the receiving employee and the number of sick leave days to be transferred to the receiving employee. 16.14.3.2.2 Have at least twenty-five (25) days of accumulated sick leave.
