DoorDash Obligations. DoorDash holds no federal or state alcoholic beverage retail permits or licenses in its name and DoorDash conducts its activities under this Agreement on Merchant’s behalf at Merchant’s express direction, and under the authority of Merchant’s Alcohol Licenses as Merchant’s agent. DoorDash shall not have the authority to offer, solicit, peddle, or sell alcoholic beverages and will not be deemed to have offered, solicited, peddled, or sold any Alcohol Products sold by Merchant. The Parties agree that DoorDash shall not receive any proceeds for the sale of Alcohol Products.

DoorDash Obligations. DoorDash will integrate into the Olo Dispatch API to facilitate supporting delivery requests from Olo Merchants in accordance to the following guidelines: (A) in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and (B) using the same level of care as it uses in providing delivery services for any of its other partners or client. DoorDash agrees to the Delivery Guidelines as attached hereto as Exhibit C. DoorDash will provide customer service for all orders accepted for delivery through the Olo Dispatch API. Related to DoorDash Obligations

  • Client Obligations 3.1 The Client shall:

  • Surety Obligations No Borrower or Subsidiary is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any bond or other contract that assures payment or performance of any obligation of any Person, except as permitted hereunder.

Except for permitting a withdrawal, delivery or payment in violation of Article III, the Securities Intermediary shall not be liable to the Secured Party, the Servicer or the Issuer for any error of judgment made in good faith and in accordance with this Agreement, nor shall it otherwise be liable under this Agreement except as a result of its own willful misconduct, bad faith or negligence.
