DOUBLE BOOKINGS. Double bookings are rare. In the event that your reservation for a rental property overlaps or matches the reservation of another Tenant, Agent reserves the right to relocate you to a different property within the Agent’s rental program or within the rental program of another company. Every effort will be made to insure that the replacement property is comparable to the original rental property. You will have the option to accept the replacement property or to accept a refund of all rents and fees paid for the original booking. These alternatives will be the sole remedy for any and all damages, liability, or inconvenience arising out of the double booking.

DOUBLE BOOKINGS. In case that the Hotel has sufficient reasons to believe that a potential double booking may occur, due to an existing booking with same or similar booking details (name, number of rooms and dates) via a third-party source, the Hotel may reject any new booking requests with the same booking details, until the existing booking via a third party has been cancelled.
DOUBLE BOOKINGS. Xxxxxx agrees that in the case of a double booking, tenant with the earlier booking which is fully paid, shall be entitled to the lease. Tenant not receiving occupancy will be entitled only to full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Xxxxxx. However, if Agent is able to relocate Tenant, Xxxxxx agrees to pay any excess difference in rental amount, if applicable.

DOUBLE BOOKINGS. In the event the unit is double booked either through Owner error or outside agency error, the rental notification date shall take priority and be permitted occupancy. In the event a renter voluntarily terminates its rental agreement for a Property due to a double booking by the Owner or outside agency, the Owner shall pay Rental Agent the commission due on the rental amount of the original rental agreement and immediately refund to Island Realty Group any amounts paid on account of the canceled rental.
DOUBLE BOOKINGS. You will have the option to accept a replacement date or to accept a refund of all rents and fees paid for the original booking. In the event that a Tenant reservation for the Rental Property overlaps an existing Tenant's reservation, BML will first, rely on the booking date of each party to declare first rights. Secondly, make every effort as its sole cost to provide the displaced Tenant with another property within its rental program or that of another local program of like stature. The Tenant will have the right to accept this new replacement property or reject such an offer and receive a full refund. The Tenant agrees that the Tenant's choice of these options will be the Tenant's sole remedy for any and all damages, liability, or inconvenience arising from this double booking.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Job Postings and Applications ‌ If a vacancy or a new job is created for which union personnel might reasonably be recruited, the following shall apply: (a) If the vacancy or new job has a duration of thirty (30) calendar days or more, the vacancy or new job including salary range, a summary of the job description, the required qualifications, the hours of work, including start and stop times and days off, the work area and the commencement date shall, before being filled, be posted for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days, in a manner which gives all employees access to such information, provided that no employees shall be entitled to relieve other regular employees under this clause on more than two (2) occasions in one calendar year unless the Employer and the Union otherwise agree in good faith. (b) Notwithstanding (a) above, if a temporary absence is one of less than ninety (90) calendar days, the work of the absent employee may be performed by employees working in float pool positions, where float pools exist.
