Double Booking. If two (2) interpreters are scheduled for the same appointment, the interpreter with the earliest documented appointment confirmation date and time will complete the appointment, unless otherwise agreed by the interpreters. When more than one interpreter shows up for an appointment, the coordinating entity or foreign language company will pay the interpreter who does not fulfill the appointment thirty (30) minutes at the hourly rate specified in Section 6.1.
Double Booking. If two (2) or more LAPs are scheduled for the same appointment, the LAP with the earliest documented appointment confirmation date and time will complete the appointment, unless otherwise agreed by the LAPs. When more than one (1) LAP shows up for an appointment, the Coordinating Entity or foreign language company will pay the LAP who does not fulfill the appointment at the no-show and cancellation rate specified in Subsection 6.5A.
Double Booking. Due to the fact that some advertising platforms do not upload to the Summit County Mountain Retreats reservation system in real-time, in rare instances it is possible that a double booking will occur. If this happens you agree that we may cancel your reservation and provide a full refund.
Double Booking. If a double booking occurs (note: this is extremely rare but computer / human error can occur), the first booking taken will take precedence. In this instance, if available, every endeavour will be taken to find you an equivalent property within the Xxxxx'x Port Fairy Accommodation's portfolio. If we have no properties available, we will do our best to outsource a property. In the rarity that a property cannot be found, all monies paid will be refunded in full (we have no control over third party booking portal cancellation fees).
Double Booking. Last minute changes to scheduling occasionally occur. If XXXX staff asks a renter to relinquish space for which they have already paid, the MARC shall return related rental fees and offer 1 additional free hour of rental space to the renter.
