Double Booking. If two (2) interpreters are scheduled for the same appointment, the interpreter with the earliest documented appointment confirmation date and time will complete the appointment, unless otherwise agreed by the interpreters. When more than one interpreter shows up for an appointment, the coordinating entity or foreign language company will pay the interpreter who does not fulfill the appointment thirty (30) minutes at the hourly rate specified in Section 6.1.

Double Booking. If two (2) or more LAPs are scheduled for the same appointment, the LAP with the earliest documented appointment confirmation date and time will complete the appointment, unless otherwise agreed by the LAPs. When more than one (1) LAP shows up for an appointment, the Coordinating Entity or foreign language company will pay the LAP who does not fulfill the appointment at the no-show and cancellation rate specified in Subsection 6.5A.

Double Booking. If a double booking occurs (note: this is extremely rare but computer / human error can occur), the first booking taken will take precedence. In this instance, if available, every endeavour will be taken to find you an equivalent property within the Xxxxx'x Port Fairy Accommodation's portfolio. If we have no properties available, we will do our best to outsource a property. In the rarity that a property cannot be found, all monies paid will be refunded in full (we have no control over third party booking portal cancellation fees).

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing CSTC traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches and CSTC End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
