Double Increments. (a) A double increment may be approved by the employer in recognition of the need to provide for:
(i) Recognition of meritorious performance;
(ii) Equitable salary relativities within the polytechnic;
Double Increments. 5.1. Upon the recommendation of the principal, the Superintendent may grant an additional increment to teachers who have at least one but less than three years’ service in the schools. Teachers so recommended would be extremely outstanding in their performance.
