PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE The Resident hereby grants Humber and University of Guelph-Humber, and all those acting on its authorized behalf, the permission to publish and/or display in various Humber and University of Guelph-Humber publications, websites and promotional materials, images of the Resident, for the purposes of promoting the College and/or University, the Residence and Student Success and Engagement. If the Resident does not wish to grant the right to publish their person, the Resident must advise the Residence Office prior to moving in by sending an email to the appropriate Residence Office.
End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.
Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.
Streaming The Licensee is entitled to an unlimited amount audio streams (on all streaming platforms such as Spotify) and unlimited video streams (on all platforms supporting video such as Youtube) for the song(s) created with the composition. All streaming royalties generated by the Licensee's song(s) belong to the Licensee.
Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

Online payments can be made with either eCheck (with no added convenience fee) or credit card (with an added 2.75% convenience fee). Online payments received after 5:00 pm will be recorded as paid the following business day. Photo and Video Release I authorize Growing Kids Learning Center and its owners, employees, or agents to photograph and record (video and audio) my child and use any photographs, video and audio recordings for any lawful purpose related to Growing Kids Learning Center’s business, including advertising and publicity. I understand that Growing Kids Learning Center will not associate the photographs or video or audio recordings with my child’s full name unless I first give written consent. Authorized Pick Up - Growing Kids Learning Center will only release my child to me or to a person that I name, using the check in and check out process provided by the center. Both I and any person whom I have named are responsible to inform a member of the Growing Kids Learning Center staff of my child’s arrival and departure. I will not share access codes, computer passwords, or other security measures with anyone unless I have written authorization from Growing Kids Learning Center in advance.
