Common use of Downtown Parking Subsidy for Employees Assigned Downtown Clause in Contracts

Downtown Parking Subsidy for Employees Assigned Downtown. Eligible full-time Confidential/Administrative employees, who work in the downtown area, shall receive a $90.00 per month downtown parking subsidy. Part-time career confidential/ administrative employees who work in the downtown area shall receive $60.00 per month downtown parking subsidy.

Downtown Parking Subsidy for Employees Assigned Downtown. Eligible full-time Confidential/Administrative (Unit 10) employees, who work in the downtown area, shall receive a $90.00 per month downtown parking subsidy. Part-time career confidential/ administrative Confidential/ Administrative employees who work in the downtown area shall receive sixty dollars ($60.00 60.00) per month downtown parking subsidy. Confidential/Administrative (Unit 10) employees who receive City- provided parking pursuant to Section 14.1(b), below, shall not be eligible for the Downtown Parking Subsidy.
