Common use of DPS MANAGEMENT Clause in Contracts

DPS MANAGEMENT. 1.1 MI returns: All MI returns, reporting spend under the DPS, to be returned to CCS; MI can be submitted up to and including the 7th day of each month 100% Confirmation of receipt and time of receipt by the Authority (as evidenced within the Authority’s data warehouse (MISO) system)
