Sleeping Rooms to be Blocked A. The Contractor shall block sleeping rooms as set forth in Table 1, below. Date1 3 3 Date2 104 104 Total Rooms to be Blocked: 211 211 B. The Contractor will provide the Judicial Council with a current Delegate List/Report, after the Cut Off Date and before Date 1 of the Program, as identified in Exhibit B. The Judicial Council will then provide to the Contractor in writing an approved Master Account Approval List. The Contractor shall not bill the Judicial Council for Attendee reservations not included on the Master Account Approval List. Unless expressly set forth otherwise, any Individual Charges are the responsibility of the Attendee occupying the room. C. At the request of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall block additional sleeping rooms for Attendees at the sleeping room rate specified above in this exhibit, provided that the additional sleeping rooms are available for rental during the Dates of the Program, at the time of the request. D. The Contractor shall provide the Judicial Council with a credit to the Master Account equal to the value of one (1) double occupancy sleeping room for each fifty (50) paid room nights during the Program:

Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.
Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include: 1. Dusting, damp mopping of resilient floors, trash removal, sanitizing of basins, bowls and urinals as well as cleaning of mirrors and bright work. 2. Refilling of soap, towel, tissue and sanitary dispensers to be rendered as necessary. 3. High dusting to be rendered as needed.
Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the positions listed in Section 3 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for replacement of safety footwear. This allowance will be paid to employees on a semiannual basis, with half paid in January and half paid in July to eligible employees on the payroll at the time of the payments. Employees of Departments with work rules that provide such safety footwear will not be eligible for the safety footwear allowance. 2. Safety footwear purchased must meet ANSI standards where applicable. Requirements for the wearing of safety footwear will be in accordance with work rules published by the State. 3. Positions required to wear safety footwear:
Mowing a. Mowing height for Bahia turf shall be a uniform cut at three (3) inches and shall not be permitted to grow to more than four (4) inches. b. Turf shall be mowed once per (1) week from March 1 through October 31 and once every two (2) weeks from November 1 through February 28.
Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.
Trees 1.1. The Tenant shall not without the written consent of the Council cut or prune any trees, apart from carrying out the recognised pruning practices of fruit trees. 1.2. The Tenant shall not plant any trees other than dwarf fruiting trees and or fruiting bushes without the prior consent of the Council.
