Common use of Driveway Design Clause in Contracts

Driveway Design. Driveway geometry and design shall be addressed in the schematic phase. The Engineer shall refer to the TxDOT Roadway Design Manual, Appendix C for direction. Driveways shall be shown on the schematic. Driveway exhibits to be sent to the property owner for agreements shall be prepared by the Engineer in the schematic phase also. The driveway exhibits/agreements will be sent to each affected property owner by the Engineer via certified mail and will include dimensions showing the exact limits of XXX that the property owners shall expect and limits of controlled access, if applicable.
