Driveways and Sidewalks. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be constructed of concrete and shall be in accordance with the approved final PD Plan. Driveways shall be constructed of asphalt, except where indicated to be concrete on the approved Final Engineering Plan, and in accordance with the approved final PD Plan.

Driveways and Sidewalks. A. All driveways shall extend from the garage to the street and shall be a minimum of 16 feet wide, and shall be paved with concrete.
Driveways and Sidewalks. All Lot driveways must be constructed of materials approved by the ARC from time to time, and must be the minimum width required by the PSPIDP, the County, and the permits and approvals for construction of the subject Dwelling. All driveways shall be continuously maintained from the garage front to the street/alley abutting the Lot. When curbs are required to be broken for driveway entrances, the curb shall be repaired in a neat and orderly fashion and in such a way as to be acceptable to the ARC.
Driveways and Sidewalks. All driveways will be constructed of concrete by a builder of the Dwelling Unit which it serves. Owners shall maintain and replace the driveway of their Lot thereafter so as to maintain the same appearance as provided at the time of original construction, ordinary wear and tear accepted. Each Dwelling Unit shall have a continuous side walk from the driveway to the front porch or entry.
Driveways and Sidewalks. Paragraph 6 of the Encroachment Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: In the event City replaces Vista Heights Dr. during the term of this Agreement, City will maintain a minimum of ten (10) feet of cover between the top of the Pipeline and the top of Vista Heights Dr. and its sidewalks. In the event City replaces Red Xxxxx Pass during the term of this Agreement, City will maintain a minimum of six and five tenths (6.5) feet of cover between the top of the Pipeline and the top of Red Xxxxx Pass and its sidewalks. City shall be responsible for all future damage to the roadway in the event that Company, or its designee, must access the Pipeline and/or associated Easement to perform routine or emergency maintenance. City’s replacement of the roadways shall not impede natural overland storm water sheet flow and shall allow for positive drainage sheet flow across Pipeline Easement and no ponding of storm water.
Driveways and Sidewalks. The driveways, sidewalks, courts, entry passages, stairs and halls shall not be obstructed, used for bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, and other vehicles or any purpose other than ingress and egress.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). The Common Areas shall consist of the “Project Common Areas” and the “Building Common Areas.” The term “Project Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such by Landlord or areas within the Project that the occupants of the Building are permitted to utilize pursuant to a recorded declaration and which areas shall be maintained in accordance with the declaration. The term “Building Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building reasonably designated as such by Landlord. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Exterior and interior functional areas and spaces of the Project, with technical and equipment requirements on each;

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.
