PD Plan definition

PD Plan means the Planned Development Plan/Zone District Plan for the Project approved by the Town Board on August 19, 2013, as amended.
PD Plan means the final PD site plan and related plans and specifications approved by and on file with the Township, as itemized on Exhibit B.
PD Plan means the planned community development project plan for the Project as defined in Recital C. The Developer may include the Site Plan (preliminary or final) or a draft thereof as part of the PD Plan, or an amendment thereto, but, as used within this Agreement, the PD Plan is not synonymous with the Site Plan, which is separately defined and required by the Land Use Ordinance (i.e., consideration, review, amendment, and approval of the preliminary or final Site Plan is a separate process and governed by the Land Use Ordinance).

Related to PD Plan

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Plan means any employee pension benefit plan (other than a Multiemployer Plan) subject to the provisions of Title IV of ERISA or Section 412 of the Code or Section 302 of ERISA, and in respect of which the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate is (or, if such plan were terminated, would under Section 4069 of ERISA be deemed to be) an “employer” as defined in Section 3(5) of ERISA.

  • HACCP plan means a written document that delineates the formal procedures for following the hazard analysis and critical control point principles developed by the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods.

  • Dental plan means any dental insurance policy, including those of nonprofit health service plans, and those of commercial group, blanket, and individual policies, any subscriber contracts issued by Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), and any other established programs under which the insured may make a claim. The term Dental Plan includes coverage under a governmental plan, or coverage required to be provided by law. This does not include a State plan under Medicaid (Title XIX, Grants to States for Medical Assistance Programs, of the United States Social Security Act, as amended from time to time.)

  • Health benefits plan means a benefits plan which pays or

  • Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.

  • Statutory Plan means a plan required in terms of any legislation, including but not limited to, any structure plan, land use plan, zoning scheme, integrated development plan, water services plan, skills development plan and employment equity plan;

  • Care Plan means a licensee's written description of a resident's needs, preferences, and capabilities, including by whom, when, and how often care and services are to be provided.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.
