Drones. (a) General prohibition: Unless provided by Us or an Operator as part of an organised activity during Your Tour, the use of Drones is strictly prohibited at all times on Your Tour.
(b) Legal restrictions: You should also be aware that, in addition to the prohibition in paragraph (a), the use of Drones is regulated or prohibited by law in many locations and unlawful use may result in arrest or prosecution by the relevant authorities.
Drones. We do not condone the use of drones at any time – they are strictly banned from the houses.
Drones. OCFEC bans the use of all remotely controlled devices such as aircraft, cars, etc. No remotely controlled aircraft or ground vehicle devices are authorized to operate on, above or below OCFEC property at any time without the express written consent of the OCFEC or the proper law enforcement authority. This procedure includes, but is not limited to unmanned aircraft systems, radio controlled model aircraft, other devices that can be operated in airspace and remote controlled cars/ground vehicles. Possession or operation of such remotely controlled aircraft or ground vehicle devices without prior written consent will result in the confiscation of all related materials, removal from OCFEC property, and/or a response from law enforcement authority. OCFEC will notify the Federal Aviation Administration and/or the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), and/ or any other law enforcement authority deemed necessary of any incidents involving airborne aircraft or any other unauthorized remote controlled ground based vehicles. Events requiring the use of any such prohibited items listed above must receive a prior written notification of approval from OCFEC or the proper law enforcement authority. Any and all entities requesting to utilize a remotely controlled device must sign the appropriate documentation prior to bringing any such equipment on to, above or below OCFEC property.
Drones. The launching, flying and landing of drones and other flying devices usage is prohibited within Xxxxxxxxx Beach State Park. Except in case of emergency when human life is endangered. Failure to abide will result in fines and cancellation of your event. By initialing here you are authorizing The Friend's of Emerald Coast State Parks and Xxxxxxxxx Beach State Park to use any photos and videos from your event for promotional purposes on our website and social media. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED ON THE BEACH: Balloons Bird Seed Tiki Torches Candles Glass Sparklers Bonfires Chinese Lanterns Artificial Flowers Glitter Crazy String Chandeliers Rice Confetti Fireworks The use of real or artificial flower petals is prohibited on the beach for ceremony aisles. Tiny starfish are available for purchase at xxxxx.xxx or through the event office (2.500 Tiny Starfish for $30).

Drones. Public use of drones is governed by federal law (49 U.S.C. 40101 et seq.) and operation requires a Certificate of Authorization from the Federal Aviation Administration. Federal regulations impose a number of operational limitations. (14 C.F.R. § 107.) No drones shall be utilized by an outlet during a contest.
Drones. Resident shall not operate a drone over any portion of the Property or any property owned by Landlord’s Affiliates.

UAV’s are devices that are used or intended to be used for flight in the air with no on-board pilot (either controlled manually or through an autopilot using a data link to connect the pilot to the UAV).
